♥ Sizing & Fit 

• How do I find my size?

When browsing our selection, click on the activewear design of interest and scroll downward of the product information blip. You will find an organized sizing chart for all tops and bottoms. 

• Do our pieces run true to size? 

To avoid returns and sizing discrepancies, take your personal measurements at home. Our sizes, listed small, medium, and large may vary compared to other sizes considered similar. Our 3-Piece Toga set is meant to fit loosely.

Our sizing charts are accurate and reliable, provided your best size recommendation. 

• What if I’m between sizes?

Our garments are made with comfortable, stretchy material. There is room for a looser or baggier fit, depending on the style of garment. Knowing this, you can shop appropriately to your height, width, and other dimensions.

♥ Shipping & Delivery

• How long does shipping take?

Shipping varies from country to country. Generally, items require 14 days to arrive at your doorstep, with the rare exception of 30 days when stock is depleted on our end, or your country requires more time to process shipments.

• Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping!

• Do we offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping!

• How can I track my order?

♥ Returns & Exchanges

• What is our return policy?

Perhaps your garment is not what you'd hoped for. We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of receiving your activewear. Please contact support directly with your order number to issue a return. 

• How long do I have to return an item?

All customers have 30 days after receiving their package to initiate a return. In all cases of returns, please ship back items in the same condition they were received in.

• Are returns free?

Returns are generally free of charge. HOWEVER, this can vary from country to country, depending on conflicting mailing laws. 

• Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Please contact us at support@celascensia.com to initiate all exchanges.

The product will need to be returned to our facility before a new one can be issued out. Do refer to our size guide, which can be found in the info section of each product's description. 

• What items are final sale?

If items are final sale, they will be clearly labelled in the product description.

• What materials do we use?

Nylon Elastane blend for optimal stretch and comfort.

• Are our fabrics recycled or organic?

We use blends of recycled and new fabrics, which are full of life and stretch.

• Where are our products made?

Guangdong, China

• Is our packaging sustainable?

We pack and ship with low waste, minimalistic packaging.

♥ Product Care

Activewear longevity matters.

• How should I wash my items?

Cold wash is always best to preserve colour and quality.

• Can I tumble dry?

Yes, you can use the dryer. However, hanging and air drying is always best to preserve any garment, with the option of fluffing in the dryer afterwards.

• How do I prevent pilling?

Less time in the dryer is always best to avoid pilling.

• How long should your garments last?

Similar to Lulu Lemon, our garments are made to last when properly cared for, and not worn or washed recklessly.

♥ Payments & Security

What payment methods do we accept?

• Major credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.

• Paypal payments.

• Accelerated wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay for faster checkout.

• Installments: Shop Pay Installments (pay now or in multiple payments — pay-in-4, bi-weekly, or monthly) where available.

Is checkout secure?

Yes, all checkouts are secure. We do not store your information.

♥ Orders & Changes

• Can I change or cancel my order?

 Once the order is placed and small changes need adjustment, you can cancel the order and re-order as needed.

Depending on when the changes are requested, the customer can also contact support@celascensia.com ASAP to make colour or sizing updates.

If the package has already been shipped out, the customer will need to send back the package in exchange for their desired updated order to be sent out.

Return policies can vary based on country. Please contact support@celascensia.com for any direct inquiries about your country's return policy in conjunction with ours. 

In the event of return, a shipping label will be generated for the customer to print and attach to the package. The next step is dropping off the package at your local postal office, then awaiting approval on our end. 

On the account of design changes, please simply cancel the order ASAP and re-order the desired products on your end. 

• What if I entered the wrong address?

Cancel your order ASAP and re-order, or contact support@celascensia.com ASAP to update shipping address before shipment is sent out. Please be diligent when adding shipping information. Celascensia does not take accountability for products sent to the wrong address on account of the customers error, as the buyer must confirm its accuracy and safety when placing the order.

• What if my package is lost?

Please file a lost package to support@celascensia.com and our support team will further investigate.

Many are searching for sleek and fashionable activewear, minus the extravagant show of branding and wild design. Our garments offer a low key & luxury look, alongside comfort and versatile styling ability. You can easily dress our garments up or down. This is the power of minimalism.

• How is our brand different?

Our different selection of colours & designs are unique to what you see day to day when shopping active wear. Our soft pastels and neutral or dark shades understood the assignment. We love the idea that a minimal design can go a long way. It's giving "active wear", but also comfort and style. This is the power of minimalism and low-key branding.

• Do we restock sold-out items?

We frequently are restocking and adding new designs to the shop. Specific styles will not be discontinued as far as we know and desire.
