Currency clarification: Our pricing is in CANADIAN DOLLARS

Taxes and duties responsibility:

Taxes are included in the price of our garments. Duties are not generally collected, this is the same case for shipping customs.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  • Responsibility transfers once item is shipped.

  • Customer is responsible for incorrect addresses.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Return window (30 days after receiving).

  • Condition requirements (unworn, tags attached).

  • All items final sale will be clearly shown in description.

  • Refund method (original payment only).

  • Who will cover return shipping?

    •  This is dependant on your country's shipping laws. We will generally cover return shipping by generating a postal sticker for you to print and attach to the original package and send back to us via the post office. 

5. Product Disclaimer

  • Colours may vary due to screens.

  • Fit may vary slightly.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, images, product names belong to your company.

  • No copying, reselling designs, or reproducing content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

  • No guarantee that the website will be error-free.

8. Privacy & Data

 How customer data is collected and used:

Customers can protect their privacy by opting out of accepting cookies.

We will not store or sell your private information.

9. Governing Law

What country/state laws govern the agreement?

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
